Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of SoloFrameHub services. This policy applies to all users regardless of subscription tier and supplements our Terms of Service.

By using SoloFrameHub, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use SoloFrameHub to:

• Access courses and content for personal or business learning
• Use AI coaching for legitimate business development purposes
• Create and store business artifacts (ICPs, playbooks, scripts, etc.)
• Practice sales conversations with AI roleplay simulations
• Track your progress through courses and milestones
• Participate in community discussions (when available)
• Download permitted materials for personal use
• Share your own learnings and implementations (not our copyrighted content)

3. Prohibited Uses - Account and Access

You may NOT:

• Share account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Circumvent security measures, access controls, or authentication systems
• Use VPNs or proxies to evade geographic restrictions (if applicable)
• Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in our systems
• Impersonate other users, staff, or any other person

4. Prohibited Uses - Content

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content
• Record video or audio of course content without written permission
• Share course materials in other communities, platforms, or forums
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use content to create competing products, services, or courses
• Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or attribution
• Resell or sublicense access to our content
• Publicly perform or display our content without permission

5. Prohibited Uses - AI Systems

When using our AI features, you may NOT:

• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer AI prompts, systems, or models
• Use AI to generate harmful, illegal, or unethical content
• Attempt to "jailbreak" or bypass AI safety measures
• Use AI features for spam generation
• Submit malicious inputs designed to manipulate AI behavior
• Use AI outputs to deceive or defraud others
• Bulk generate content for resale
• Train other AI models using our AI outputs

6. Prohibited Uses - Community (When Applicable)

In community spaces, you may NOT:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other members
• Spam, excessively self-promote, or solicit without permission
• Share malware, phishing links, or malicious content
• Impersonate other users or staff members
• Recruit members for competing platforms or MLM schemes
• Post illegal, adult, or explicit content
• Engage in hate speech or discrimination

7. Prohibited Uses - General

You may NOT use SoloFrameHub for:

• Any illegal activity
• Activities that violate others' intellectual property rights
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfering with platform operations or other users' access
• Data mining or scraping user information
• Any use that violates our values or harms our community

8. Resource Usage Limits

To ensure fair access for all users:

• Use AI coaching features at a reasonable volume (fair use)
• Respect storage limits for artifacts and documents
• Adhere to any API rate limits (if applicable)

We reserve the right to limit or throttle access for users who engage in excessive usage that impacts platform performance or other users' experience.

9. Your Responsibility for Third Parties

You are responsible for anyone who accesses the platform using your account:

• Do not share access with employees, contractors, or others unless explicitly allowed by your plan
• You are liable for any violations committed by those using your account
• Unauthorized account sharing may result in immediate termination

10. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor platform usage to:

• Ensure security and prevent fraud
• Investigate suspected policy violations
• Improve our services
• Comply with legal requirements

Consequences for violations may include:

• Warning
• Feature restrictions
• Account suspension
• Account termination
• Legal action (in severe cases)

We are not obligated to provide notice before taking action in cases of severe violations or immediate threats to security.

11. Reporting Violations

If you suspect a violation of this policy:

• Report to: abuse@soloframehub.com
• Include relevant details and evidence
• We will investigate reports in good faith

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as our platform evolves:

• Material changes will be communicated via email
• The "Last Updated" date will be revised
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
