1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SoloFrameHub's website (soloframehub.com), application (app.soloframehub.com), and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SoloFrameHub. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
2. Description of Services
SoloFrameHub provides an AI-powered educational platform for founders, teams, and bootstrapped startups. Our services include:
- GTM OS (on a 7-day free trial, then Starter $39/month or Pro $79/month (no free tier))
- AI-powered coaching and content generation
- Interactive exercises and assessments
- AI roleplay simulations for sales practice
- User-generated artifacts (ICPs, playbooks, scripts)
- Progress tracking and milestone completion
- Community forums and cohort accountability pods
3. Account Terms
To access certain features, you must create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You will create only one account per person
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- You will maintain and promptly update your account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Business use is permitted; however, resale of content is prohibited
4. Subscription and Billing
Our subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly basis:
- Monthly subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of your signup date
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- We will provide 30 days advance notice of any price changes
- Payment is processed securely through Polar.sh
- If payment fails, you will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method
- You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time
- Founding member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your continuous subscription
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
- Access continues through the end of your current billing period
- No partial month refunds are provided
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see separate document)
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment. This is a one-time offer per person per track.
6. User Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create on the platform (ICPs, playbooks, scripts, etc.). By using our services, you grant SoloFrameHub a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Our Content: SoloFrameHub owns all rights to platform content, courses, frameworks, methodologies, and AI systems. This content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
- Create derivative works based on our content
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content
- Use our content to create competing products or services
- Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or attribution
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: This section contains critical information about our AI features.
SoloFrameHub uses AI (powered by leading third-party AI models via OpenRouter) to provide coaching, generate content, and facilitate roleplay simulations. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs are for educational purposes only
- AI coaching is NOT a substitute for professional business, legal, financial, or accounting advice
- AI may produce errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable recommendations
- You are solely responsible for verifying and adapting AI suggestions to your situation
- You assume all risk for business decisions based on AI guidance
- We make NO guarantees about business results or outcomes from using AI features

8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
- Redistribute or resell course content
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' access to the service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, results, or success
- Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the prior 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Your success depends on many factors including your effort, market conditions, and execution quality.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoloFrameHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Business decisions made using platform guidance
- Your violation of any third party rights
11. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at legal@soloframehub.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California, USA.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time:
- We will provide 30 days notice for material changes
- Notice will be provided via email or through the service
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- Material changes may require explicit consent
13. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion.
Effect of Termination:
- Your access to the platform will cease immediately
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted
- You may request data export before deletion
- Certain provisions survive termination (IP rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution)
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and SoloFrameHub.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
