Every SoloFrameHub product is watched from a second, physically separate server, so a problem on the main hosts can never also take down the alarm that would report it.
Live uptime history, response times, and incident log, updated every 60 seconds, hosted independently at status.startupapps.cloud.
A dedicated monitor hits each product's live health endpoint around the clock. The Digital Wellness Academy monitor is a keyword check inverted on the word "unavailable", so a service that's technically running but internally unhealthy still trips the alarm.
Monitoring, error tracking, and backups run on their own physical server, isolated from the servers that run the products. If the production host has a bad day, the system watching it and holding its backups doesn't have the same bad day.
Every product's live health endpoint is checked every 60 seconds from the second server. An alert fires by email the moment a check fails, before a customer needs to report it.
Every product's database is dumped on a fixed schedule, as often as every three hours for the most sensitive data, and pushed over an encrypted connection to storage on the second server. The production hosts hold no credential that can reach further than that one backup bucket.
A backup nobody has restored is a guess, not a guarantee. Every week, the newest backup for every product is automatically restored into a scratch database and checked, and the pass/fail result is emailed out.
