Quick Win Path: Your First Win in 90 Minutes

The biggest friction point for new OS members wasn't the content. It was not knowing where to start. This solves it.

The problem

When someone joins the OS, they see 50 courses and 502 lessons across 7 tracks. That's the point - it's a complete GTM curriculum. But it creates a real problem on day one: where do you actually start?

Most platforms answer this with a generic "Start here" button pointing to Lesson 1. That works if everyone has the same gaps. They don't. A founder who's been selling for a year has different blind spots than someone who's never done a discovery call. Generic start = slow time-to-value = churn.

The solution: score first, then path

The Readiness Score assesses 8 GTM dimensions and takes about 5 minutes. After completing it, the OS knows your lowest-scoring area. The Quick Win Path then surfaces exactly 3 lessons targeting that gap - not a module, not a track, just three focused lessons chosen because they produce a usable output in a single session.

THE 8 GTM READINESS DIMENSIONS

ICP Clarity
Positioning Strength
Content Engine
Channel Readiness
Sales Process Maturity
Objection Handling
AI Readiness
Pipeline Tracking

Your Quick Win Path targets the lowest 1-2 scores. The highlighted dimension is an example - yours will differ.

What "quick win" actually means

A quick win isn't finishing a module. It's walking away with something you can use on a real prospect tomorrow. Examples by dimension:

  • ICP Clarity→ You define your beachhead segment: the specific job title, company size, and pain pattern most likely to convert in the next 30 days.
  • Positioning→ You write one sentence that explains what you do and who it's for without using the word "platform."
  • Sales Process→ You build a 5-question discovery framework you can run on your next call today.
  • Objection Handling→ You document your three most common objections with written LAER responses.

How it surfaces in the OS

After your Readiness Score, the dashboard shows a "Your Quick Win Path" card with the 3 specific lessons. The OS gets a "Quick Wins" filter toggle (defaults to full view for returning members). New members with zero lessons complete see a "Start here" CTA on the dashboard.

Once you've completed your first 3 lessons, the Quick Win card disappears and the full OS opens up. The idea is to get you moving, not to keep you in a filtered view permanently.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get a usable output from the Quick Win Path?

The Quick Win Path is designed to deliver your first win in 90 minutes. It surfaces exactly 3 lessons that produce something you can use on a real prospect tomorrow. You walk away with a tangible asset, not just a completed module.

What is the GTM Readiness Score and how long does it take?

The Readiness Score assesses 8 GTM dimensions and takes about 5 minutes to complete. The 8 dimensions are ICP Clarity, Positioning Strength, Content Engine, Channel Readiness, Sales Process Maturity, Objection Handling, AI Readiness, and Pipeline Tracking. Your lowest 1 to 2 scores determine which lessons appear in your Quick Win Path.

How does the Quick Win Path decide which lessons to show me?

After you complete the Readiness Score, the system identifies your lowest scoring GTM area. It then surfaces 3 specific lessons targeting that exact gap. The goal is to skip the generic starting points and fix your biggest blind spot first.

What kind of deliverables do you actually get from a quick win?

The deliverable depends on your weakest dimension. For ICP Clarity, you define your beachhead segment. For Positioning, you write a single sentence explaining what you do without using the word platform. For Sales Process, you build a 5-question discovery framework, and for Objection Handling, you document your three most common objections with written LAER responses.

Does the Quick Win Path limit my access to the rest of the platform?

No, the Quick Win Path just gets you moving on day one. Once you complete your first 3 lessons, the Quick Win card disappears and the full OS opens up. The filtered view is a temporary starting point, not a permanent restriction.
